What next? My life and interests as described by the overused world of cliches.

Peaceful as a Winter's Day
This time of year is hectic and it seems like everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I would like to share a few pictures I recently took in Elk City, Idaho as reminders to enjoy the little things in life.

Welcome to my blog. In this blog I intend to carry coals to Newcastle because I will be writing with the rather useless purpose of using clichés as often as I can. I want to improve my writing skills and I figured getting trite phrases out of my system was a fun way to do that. I will be referencing The Dictionary of Clichés by James Rogers and including any other old-as-the-hills phrases I come across. So, although it goes without saying, I hope you have as much fun reading this as I intend to have writing it because I think it will be a dilly of a time.
